DESCRIPTION:As part of the Arafura and Timor Sea Ecosystem Action (ATS
 EA) program\, a regional demonstration project will be implemented dur
 ing 2013. In January 2013\, at the inception workshop for this project
 \, it was agreed that the project would take the form of an exchange v
 isit to Australia by communities from Timor Leste and Indonesia to sha
 re knowledge and skills related to coastal and marine management.\nThi
 s project plan outlines the key steps\, resourcing requirements and re
 sponsibilities associated with implementing the project. This plan wil
 l evolve and further develop as the project is taken forward – i.e. 
 early steps will develop details\, which will enable more specific pla
 nning and budgeting of later steps.
